Traditional Norwegian Fiskeboller Recipe
500 gr of fish fillets (cod, sole, etc.)
onion, coarsely chopped
pinch of nutmeg
spoonful of potato flour
glass of milk
bouillon (preferably fish broth)
How to make Norwegian Fiskeboller?
Mince the fish and onion or blend in a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and season with salt. Blend the whole thing to a smooth paste. Set aside for half an hour. Form small balls from the fish paste and drop them into the boiling broth. Cook for a quarter of an hour.
