Recipe for Famous Finnish Karelian Pies

Ingredients for 6 servings

Rye flour type 2000 400 g 2 cups
Potatoes 400 g 4 medium pieces
Egg 3 pcs.
Parsley 200 g 1 small piece
Clarified butter 100 g

Peel potatoes and parsley, cut into smaller pieces.

Place in a pot, pour water and cook.

Peel garlic from the shell and press it through a potato press.

Heat clarified butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic.
