Cut the pieces of veal meat well, season lightly with salt. Coat the thus prepared Wiener schnitzel in flour, and in egg, then in bread crumbs. In a frying pan, heat a fairly large amount of fat – oil or butter. Fry the Wiener schnitzel on both sides until the coating is golden. To get rid of excess fat, place the schnitzels on a plate with paper towels for a few minutes.Traditionally, Wiener Schnitzel according to the recipe is served with roasted potatoes, green salad or potato salad with parsley. Lemon quarters, which are traditionally squeezed for a delicious, crunchy coating for the schnitzel, are essential.
